Hello and namaste,
For the past 4 years I have worked abroad in three different countries not including Uk (Crete, Saudi Arabia, Tenerife) teaching fitness, personal training, yoga and meditation and dance.
I trained in India to become a yoga teacher and I teach beginner yoga, vinyasa Flow, yin and yang, yin yoga and meditation, relaxation and mindfulness.
For myself, I practise yoga and meditation every morning when I wake up … even if it is just for 5 minutes.
I am passionate about how the body moves with mindfulness and trying all different kinds of ways to improve mobility and posture and most importantly being happy within yourself, self acceptance, self love and spreading positive vibes.
