Today I practiced a free flow style of yoga… simply moving my body with what i feel it needs and what feels good to me at that time. It was very fun and such a nice feeling as you more your body around with such freedom and joy. Almost like creating dance with love and awareness of your own body.
I really enjoyed this style of practice and for sure will do it again. I truly recommend you include at least 1 free flow day in your weekly practice just to purely enjoy moving the body and letting the positive vibes flow…
