Day 28

Today I practiced a lovely slow restoritive and yin yoga…

ooo it was just heaven and by the end of my practice I felt soon lovely and nice and zen.

I took things super slowly with my joints and completely allowed myself to take the time and totally be aware of my own body and of any feelings coming up. It was actually really nice to keep things simple and consciously work out any tightness and any pain areas in my body and especially my shoulders and neck.

I feel very sleepy now after my long day… soon its a short one but good night folks
