Sometimes its not how long you do something but how often….
That is my thought of the day. That consistency is the key to success on any level, with everything and or anything that you do… do it on a regular basis and it shall become you hehe.
Exactly my focus with my yoga practise, if I consistently practise yoga then I will have more chance of getting stronger and more confident within what I am trying to do.
Today I am still totally exhausted from a crazy couple of weeks and also from my illness. However I did still practise yoga even if it was just for a short while. Knowing that I have a day off from work tomorrow to rest and have some needed ‘me time,’ I will embrace relaxation and what my body needs still and work on making slow baby steps of progress… After all Rome was not built in one day 😉
