oh my gosh….. tired and exhausted is on another level for me right now.
After pretty much a whole weekend of no sleep and delayed flights and late night travelling I am totally knackered… like for real… achey and yes just sleepy
So tonight I will have a simple, yet super effective and much needed nada yoga practice. This will help my body to recover and also help me sleep tonight…
I will tell you all about it tomorrow.
For now… rest is a must for me
